After long, extensive tests with electricity-based weapons-with the intent of harnessing the power of lightning-mankind... still isn't very close. But, this weapon will make the sorry sap on the other side think that we have. This weapon is essentially a shotgun that shoots unfocused electricity. It fires in a single blast (per trigger pull) which unleashes an all-out storm to anything in front of you.
It will arc to anything metallic within a 30 yard length in front of you, so keep this in mind. This weapon is interestingly effective for use in civilian-crowded areas, as it isn't instantly lethal. However, it causes immense pain, and over two seconds of constant exposure will kill all but the most hardened kind of soldiers. So, an unsaid rule of this weapon is to avoid use against Spetznas.
